Cafe Team Lead (CTL)
As part of The Avenue team, the Café Team Lead, is a frontline presence with direct customer and employee interaction. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations; leading Café Ambassadors (Baristas); maintaining high quality café standards and conditions; and cultivating a positive environment for both our customers and team members. The Café Team Lead sets the tone and personality of the café by being an advocate of training, and product knowledge while encouraging excellent hospitality and community service. Cafe Ambassador (Barista)

Cafe Cook
As part of The Avenue team, the Café Cook is a back-of-house and at times a frontline presence with direct customer interaction. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking menu items to ensure the highest food quality, service and experience for customers. The Café Cook will help keep the kitchen organized clean and running efficiently. The Café Cook will perform proper food handling, sanitization, and follow food storage procedures.
